Performance M & E:
We focus on Baselines, Midlines and Endlines surveys to evaluate the performance of projects. Our service offering regarding M&E includes development of M&E plans, Project Implementation plans and M&E frameworks. We design evaluations, develop data collection tools, implement complex data collections, analysis and reporting.
We continuously collect data before, during and after program roll out (monitoring), as well as measuring outcomes, impact and effectiveness of programmes (evaluation). In order to help our clients to better design and implement their programmes, we provide comprehensive consultancy services in the following areas:

Setting up monitoring systems, including the elaboration of system specification of monitoring information systems, monitoring manuals, and rules of procedures.
